My question is whether the pro version you can create a box in the sidebar with measures of height and width that I need, I thought the same can be done by putting the shortcode in a text widget but not if you can adjust the box measures the sidebar.

On codecanyon on the screenshot page therer are these two fields, where you can enter manually your custom css codes. Now nothing. It is a selling factor.

We've bought WP-Boxer Pro 3 from codecanyon.

Can you tell me, what is the problem?

I used the built in impulse template which promised two columns of text under the boxer image, one column for the date and heading, than a dividing line, and one column of text at the right.

The result should look like the example below:


My result is (the two boxes at the bottom):



I've tried to redo the example too in the documentation under Our Final Project section, using the sample template code given there, which is a bit different what is in the plugins original template code. No success.

I've tried a different wordpress theme too, no success. Now using Woothemes Canvas with a child-theme.

As far as I can see other templates which promise this two column style content likewise output only one.

Seems to me, that there is something with the css coding, inspecting the divs in the browser, shows no proper positioning data in the css. The definition for cow_one_half css class is totally missing from the css files (but there is a reference in the template file but no css definition). I hope this is not the case.

If you open the demo example page on codecanyon, and here open the css file, you will see, that this css file is different from the one which is distributed with the commercial wp-boxer pro 3 plugin. This codecanyon css file is complete, contains all the necessary css definitions for the required templates to work correctly. Why is this?
I would like to get this fully functional wpboxer as it was advertised on codecanyon, I payed for these functions, I'd like to see these same functions.

Likewise I do not see the css customization box which is in the codecanyon screenshot page of the plugin. It would be very important, a selling factor. Now no option to do it, unless you link a separate selfmade css file.

May I request from you to post an update of the plugin containing the complete css file, and a missing css filed editor? I need it urgently.

I see V3 of Boxer Pro is available, it hasn't shown up in my WP panel as a downloadable update and the link provided in the news item on my dashboard takes me to the site to buy it again. I already have a licence so could you please advise how I go about downloading the update?

The hover effect on my boxes is not working in IE: http://gorba.ca/new/. It works in Firemox and Safari just not IE9. Most users will be viewing our site with IE, so it would be great if you can let me know how to fix this or fix it on your end.

Quick question, I just upgraded to IE 10 and have the slider on the home page of my WP site. http://www.kmlimageworks.com

The slider will not load the images.

Chrome and FireFox seem to be perfect. I have tested with some older versions of IE and it seems to work pretty good.

Any thoughts?
